If your event is occurring at a venue all guests must follow Sask. Health COVID-19 guidelines for dining establishments. This includes wearing masks when not in your seats and providing proof of vaccination.
If you or any of your guests have COVID-19 symptoms, they can not attend the dinner.
If Sask. Health guidelines force your event to be cancelled, the Client will receive full refund of deposit.
35% of your event cost is payable as a deposit upon booking. The remainder of your event cost is payable after your event, before RSMRY’s departure from the Client’s home or the Client’s departure from the venue.
Dates will not be reserved until the deposit has been received.
Overdue payments will be pursued via collection agency and/or legal action.
The Client understands that upon booking your event, RSMRY is committing time and resources to your event and thus cancellation would result in incalculable lost income and business opportunities. The Client understands that RSMRY will incur event-related costs within seven (7) days of your event and will therefore be unable to refund your deposit if cancellation happens within this time.
Change in Booking
The Client must inform RSMRY as soon as possible if the number of guests attending your event changes.
If there is no notification on loss of numbers within 48 hours, the Client will still be charged for the number of guests agreed upon.
Changes will result in a price variation.
Right to Withdraw
In the event RSMRY cancels your event due to the below reasons, the Client's deposit will not be refunded

Lack of cooperation on anything needed to execute your event
If RSMRY needs to cancel your event for any reason besides the above reasons, the Client will be refunded fully, and your event can be rescheduled.
If external problems outside of the control of RSMRY and the Client cause your event to be cancelled, RSMRY will refund the Client’s deposit in full.
