If you or any of your guests have COVID-19 symptoms, they can not attend the dinner.
If Sask. Health guidelines force your event to be cancelled, the Client will receive full refund of deposit.
Payment
35% of your event cost is payable as a deposit upon booking. The remainder of your event cost is payable after your event
Dates will not be reserved until the deposit has been received.
Overdue payments will be pursued via collection agency and/or legal action.
Cancellation Policy
The Client understands that upon booking your event, RSMRY is committing time and resources to your event and thus cancellation would result in incalculable lost income and business opportunities. If the event is cancelled more than 7 days before the event, you will be refunded 50% of the deposit. The Client understands that RSMRY will incur event-related costs within seven (7) days of your event and will therefore be unable to refund your deposit if cancellation happens within this time.
Change in Booking
The Client must inform RSMRY as soon as possible if the number of guests attending your event changes.
If there is no notification on loss of numbers within 48 hours, the Client will still be charged for the number of guests agreed upon.
Changes will result in a price variation.
Right to Withdraw
In the event RSMRY cancels your event due to the below reasons, the Client's deposit will not be refunded
Verbal or physical abuse
Lack of cooperation on anything needed to execute your event
If RSMRY needs to cancel your event for any reason besides the above reasons, the Client will be refunded fully, and your event can be rescheduled.
