My name is Nikki Baker and I am the chef and owner of RSMRY. I was born and raised in Regina, SK and cooking with my dad inspired me to pursue my passion as a career. I completed training at The Culinary Institute of Canada in Prince Edward Island and completed an internship at Lords of the Manor, a Michelin starred restaurant in England.

I completed training at The Culinary Institute of Canada in Prince Edward Island and completed an internship at Lords of the Manor, a Michelin starred restaurant in England. Since then I have worked with many decorated chefs in Regina, Australia and New Zealand that have helped me hone my skills and learn as much about food and the world as possible. I have explored the flavors of Asia and Europe and plan to continue traveling through the culinary world. I can not wait to share my passion, creativity, and love of food with you and your guests!
I have trained in fine dining, shared plates, cafes, catering, and many other styles of cooking. I design each menu with the knowledge and skills from my world travels to give my dinners a diverse, unique feeling and experience. I love simplicity, except in flavor. In short, I love creating delicious food.
